Service Advisor
Roy comes to us with 30+ years of experience in multiple facets of the automotive repair industry. He is an experienced hands-on technician, managed a body shop, and has estimated for both insurance companies and previous body shops. He is an experienced MA licensed damage appraiser and handles both insurance and private repair planning for our office. His vast knowledge and expertise in the industry make him a valuable addition to the Hogan & Van Auto Body Family. Roy’s continued education and training in all areas of the auto body industry allow him to keep up with all of the technology arising on new vehicles. Roy is always available to answer questions and can walk you through any part of the repair or insurance process.
Deidre O'Brien
Deirdre O’Brien
Office Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Deirdre has had the opportunity to work in various departments, such as administration, customer service, and parts management. She is now responsible for the daily operations of the office and can assist you with booking an appointment for repair, walking you through the insurance claim process or booking a rental vehicle. If you have a question, Deirdre is the one to talk to!

Production Manager

George has been working in the family business since high school, but left briefly to hone his business skills attending Bentley College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

He held various positions in the accounting field before returning back to apply his new found business skills.

George is a MA licensed damage appraiser and now handles all facets of production for the shop. He is always here to answer any questions, build a repair plan or guide you through every part of the repair process.

Collision Manager

Adam started working in the family shop in high school absorbing every part of the trade and collision process he could from his father, Andy. He left for a short period of time to further his business knowledge receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in CIS from Bentley College.

Adam worked in various sales and marketing positions after college, gathering the skills needed to handle the shop’s marketing needs. During this process, he learned the crucial negotiation skills required to deal with insurance companies.

Adam came back into the fold working directly with Andy before he retired soaking up every bit of his experience before he left. Adam now oversees all repair planning and insurance negotiations.

Consultants

Andy and Lilly ran the family business through the late 70s to early 2000s. They taught Adam and George all they know about the business and instilled the Hogan & Van Auto Body core values of taking care of the customer first, providing fair pricing, honest work and keeping up with technology all the while performing the safest and highest quality of repairs. They are still around the shop today from time to time and are always available to share their vast industry knowledge and experience.

Monica comes to us from the insurance side of the industry where she’s learned the ins and outs of the insurance claims process and nuances of intricate, and sometimes confusing, insurance policies. Her previous experience helps her assist our customers thru both the insurance and repair process. She is your main contact for scheduling an appointment and general questions. Monica is always willing to take your call, answer your text or respond to an email walking you through any part of your repair here or help you navigate through the insurance side of things.
